Eligibility and accounts

SeaAPP app experiences require sign-in with Google or a pre-provisioned email account. You must be at least 18 and legally able to agree to these terms. Keep your account secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Do not share access tokens or attempt to access another person's account.

Using SeaAPP

SeaAPP is a marketplace for AI apps. Features, models and availability may change. AI responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, fictional or inappropriate. Use your own judgment; responses are not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, exploitation or sexual content involving minors, fraud, harassment, privacy violations, infringement, or attempts to bypass security or payment controls. We may restrict content or access to address abuse, security issues or legal requirements.

Your content and creator apps

You retain your rights in content you provide, subject to the rights of others. You give SeaAPP permission to host, process and display that content as needed to provide the features you request, including sharing or publishing when you choose to do so. You must have the rights needed to submit and publish content.

AI output is not guaranteed to be unique or eligible for intellectual-property protection. Publishing an app does not by itself promise discovery, usage, revenue or a revenue-share arrangement.

Purchases, subscriptions and credits

Where purchases are available, the checkout displays the applicable price, billing period and product details. Google Play purchases are handled by Google Play. Auto-renewing subscriptions continue until canceled under the store's rules; manage or cancel them in Google Play. Account deletion or uninstalling SeaAPP does not cancel a subscription.

Platform usage can consume the shared wallet balance. Free, purchased and creator balances have different purposes and conditions shown in the service. Credits are service entitlements, not a bank deposit. Refund eligibility follows applicable law and the relevant store's rules. Contact support if a completed purchase has not been credited.

Privacy and ending use

Our Privacy Policy explains data processing. You may stop using SeaAPP and request account deletion using the Account deletion page. Some transaction or security records may need to be retained as described in that policy.

Availability and your rights

We work to maintain SeaAPP but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, any particular AI result or that all features will remain available. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Contact the SeaAPP team with service concerns or questions about these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes and will provide notice where required. The date above identifies the current version.
