SeaAPP

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 29 September 2026

This policy explains how SeaAPP handles information when you use seaapp.ai, the SeaAPP mobile app (Android package ai.seaapp.gp), and AI apps running on the SeaAPP platform.

Information we process

Account information: when you sign in with Google, we receive account identifiers, your email address, profile name and profile image made available by Google. We use authentication tokens to maintain your SeaAPP session; we do not receive your Google password. For pre-provisioned email accounts, we process your email address and password to authenticate you and store a cryptographic password hash, not the plaintext password.

Content and preferences: we process messages, prompts, AI responses, conversation history, preferences, feedback, and files or images you choose to submit. Published apps and content you choose to publish can be visible to other people. Avoid including confidential information or another person's personal information without permission.

Usage and technical information: we process interactions such as searches, app views and launches, session activity, device and installation identifiers, app and operating-system versions, network information including IP address, and diagnostic or crash information. Advertising identifiers, install-referrer information and IP-based approximate location may be processed by the Android app's attribution and analytics SDKs where available.

Purchases: for Google Play purchases we process product and order identifiers, purchase tokens, subscription status and wallet transactions to verify payment, apply entitlements, prevent duplicate credits and support purchase recovery. Google Play processes your payment method; SeaAPP does not receive your full payment-card number from Google Play.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate accounts, deliver AI responses, save and continue experiences, personalize discovery, publish creator apps, maintain the shared wallet, process purchase recovery, handle support requests, and prevent misuse. We also use usage and diagnostic information to measure reliability, improve the service and measure how people find and use SeaAPP.

Where applicable law requires consent for a particular use, that use is subject to consent. Other processing may be necessary to provide the service you request, protect the service and its users, or meet legal obligations.

AI processing and service providers

Generating an AI response requires sending your request and relevant conversation context to model providers through SeaAPP's model gateway. Providers may change with the model or feature selected. Hosting, storage and infrastructure providers also process information needed to operate the service. AI output can be inaccurate and should not be treated as professional advice.

SeaAPP uses Google services for sign-in, cloud infrastructure, Google Play purchases and Firebase / Google Analytics measurement. The mobile app uses AppsFlyer for installation and campaign attribution and Sentry for diagnostics. Depending on the configured service, these providers receive account or pseudonymous user identifiers, device information, event data, purchase-related events or diagnostic information needed for those functions.

Information you explicitly publish or share is made available to the audience you select. We may disclose information where required by applicable law or a valid legal request, or as necessary to investigate abuse and protect users.

Storage, security and retention

SeaAPP uses HTTPS for communication with its platform and access controls for account data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own.

Account information, saved content and conversation history are retained to maintain your account and requested experiences until deletion is requested and processed. Some payment, security, fraud-prevention and legal records may need to be retained after an account deletion request. Backup copies may persist until they are replaced or expire. The applicable retention depends on the record, its purpose and legal obligations; contact us for details about your request.

Your choices and deletion requests

You can change supported account preferences, sign out, and manage app permissions or advertising-identifier settings on your device. The current mobile app sends analytics automatically and does not offer a separate in-app analytics opt-out; changing your advertising identifier does not disable all analytics. Uninstalling the app or revoking Google sign-in does not itself delete data stored by SeaAPP. Google Play subscriptions must be managed separately in Google Play.

You can request access, correction, deletion or information about your data by contacting us. We may need to verify account ownership before acting. To request account and associated-data deletion, use the instructions on our Account deletion page. Other rights, including objection, restriction, portability or a complaint to a privacy authority, may apply depending on your location.

Adults and policy updates

SeaAPP is intended for adults aged 18 or over and is not directed to children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information through the service.

We may update this policy as the service changes. The date above identifies this version. Material changes will be communicated where required. For questions or privacy requests, contact the SeaAPP team using the contact link below.
