Send a deletion request

Use the email link below and send the message from the email address linked to your SeaAPP account. Use the subject ‘SeaAPP account deletion’. State that you want your SeaAPP account and associated data deleted. If you cannot access that email address, explain this so the support team can arrange ownership verification.

Do not send your password, login code, full payment-card details or authentication tokens. Requests are handled manually. Sending the email starts a request; it does not instantly delete the account. We may contact you to verify ownership and clarify the request before processing it.

Data covered by the request

A full account deletion request covers your SeaAPP account profile, preferences, saved conversations and other personal content associated with your account. If you have published apps or creator content, identify them in your request so the team can address their removal and any impact on people using them. You can also request deletion of particular personal data without requesting account closure.

Records that may be retained

Records needed for payment reconciliation, refunds, fraud prevention, security or legal obligations may need to be retained. Backup copies may remain until they expire or are replaced. The team will explain any applicable exceptions and timing when handling your request; this page does not promise immediate removal from every backup or third-party system.

Cancel subscriptions separately

If you have a Google Play subscription, cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Deleting your SeaAPP account or uninstalling the app does not cancel store billing. Include any unresolved purchase issue in your request without sharing payment-card details.
